Weekends are boring in the hospital, but often they are full of visitors and friends. Tucker is still having problems controlling his pain. He is now on a piggyback regimen of Tylenol, Oxycodone and Motrin. Today around 2:30pm, we finally got a glimpse of our happy little boy. And then at tonight's goodnight call, he was absolutely adorable! Hoping that this issue with the fluid clears up over the next few days and we will be home for Spencer's Pinewood Derby this Saturday. This event is SO important to him, we want a good turnout to support him. Let Mommy or Daddy know if you would like to attend.
Check out the video below. (disclaimer: Spencer is a little wild in this one and my mom might be in her pj's)
We had a date for an early morning chest x-ray again. Mommy and Daddy were both there which made it a little easier to lift me up to the table.
The weekend NP compared the chest x-rays to Mommy and Daddy while I slept for a few hours with my new Dora pillow from Janette. I love it!
Nana (Mommy's Mom) and Steve came by to visit today. Tucker was not in a good mood for visits today.
Grammy (Daddy's Mom) and Aunt Shelly (Daddy's Sister) came by today for a visit.
Our friend Lisa was able to call the company that makes Lamby and secure us two new ones. He will come around to the new lamby's we hope. :o)
Tucker got a very special present from his cousin Julia, she made a little catapiller family in a bed with a little pillow. How cute is she!
This would have been cute if Laura knew how to use her new phone. Ha!
At least she got a cute one of Tucker up and about most of the day today.
Lisa and Laura came by today and brought some shepards pie and chicken casserole. YUM!
Mommy came home tonight to get some sleep for the first time since last week. Mommy also took Spencer to his first Minor's baseball practice which was at a local batting cage. It was such a fun evening for Mommy and Spencer.
Sometimes its the small things, I really need options in the mornings. SO happy to have Strawberry to try tomorrow morning. I should get my free vitamix anyday now! SO EXCITED!
Spencer made a leprechaun trap tonight. I really hope that he catches one and he has tons of gold coins. Hospital parking isn't cheap!
While Gary and I were with Tucker at the hospital, two of our fish have died...Then there was one..
