Well, as if it wasn't enough to handle Tucker's surgery next week, the loss of a close family friend, research on school programs, broken appliances and now the pre-op call that has sent me into a tailspin. I feel like I still have SO MUCH to get done before Monday. For someone that prepares everything, I haven't packed one thing. My to do list is enormous and I don't even have time to write this for the blog, I guess that I am here because I couldn't sleep.
We have known that this has been coming for a while, are we prepared? I have made schedules, shopped for lunches and emailed Spencer's teachers (CCD and 1st grade) and Cub Scout leaders. Everyone is going to be giving Spencer a little more attention this week. History has shown us that he always acts out during Tucker's hospital stays.
A close friend would say, "it will all get done, you'll see, you will be fine, and so will Tucker."
